We put together everything you need to host a fun and beautiful party. All you have to do is tell us what kind of party you have in mind, a few specific details, and then follow the checklist to purchase or make everything you need for your party.

This will save you all of the time and stress you would normally spend searching online for ideas, running around to different stores to figure out what to get, and rushing around on party day.
What’s Included In a Custom Party Plan

We will first have a 20 minute phone call to discuss all of your party ideas and plans.

You’ll receive a beautiful cohesive party moodboard with a color scheme and focused theme.

Themed, printable or digital invitations.

A design moldboard with inspiration on how your party should look and be set up. No need to worry about where to put things, just follow the diagram.

A step by step checklist broken down with the things you need to do or buy for food, activities, and decor.

Links to vendors, tutorials, recipes, and products to purchase to execute your party.

Contact information to get near instant help along the way if you’re stuck when executing your party.
All custom party plans take about two weeks to develop so we recommend having our initial call about a month before your party.
You’ll have access to text us throughout the entire party prep process if you have any questions or need help along the way.
This is a digital product. You will receive all of your custom party plan documents via email.

Day of Event Coordination
Our Day of Coordination package is designed to relieve you from any stress beginning the week of your event. The most important item of this package is the fact that it is our goal to ensure you, your family and friends enjoy your special day while we handle everything else! We’re the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave. We’ll work closely with your vendors to make sure your special day runs as
smoothly as you envisioned it.

We start working with you on your event 2 weeks before the big day!

We will work with you to create a detailed event timeline.

You've secured the big stuff like finding a venue and a few vendors, but you are overwhelmed when it comes to finalizing the smaller details such as what rentals to order and how to stay in budget without compromising your vision. We can step in and help you stay on task, secure any remaining vendors, and ensure that all your plans are working seamlessly.
